Keyboard layout to type Cyrillic like a qwerty

It is Phonetic layout of Russian on Eng keyboard.

Example how i'm going to type same keys on my keyboard with English(United States) layout and with the new layout:
1) Something like this
2) Сометхинг лике тхис
лол :)
