PHP: php dont shows errors and mistakes when loading page

php dont shows errors and mistakes when loading page. check your ALL php.ini files. check that there be this:
display_startup_errors = On
display_errors = On
error_reporting = E_ALL

if not works, try restart apache ;).
if still not works, then go search for more information in google ^.^
