CPU Usage 100% ( how to fix )

So, here is a guide how to fix cpu usage 100% :
1) download Process Explorer
2) system idle process > system > smss.exe > winlogon.exe > services.exe > svchost.exe (Properties)
3) choose Services in the properties. find "Automatic updates" in Display Name, click it and press Stop
4) Start > My Computer (Manage, it is between Search.. and Map Network Drive)
5) Services and Applications > Services > Automatic updates (Properties)
6) Startup type: Disabled
7) ok, close, restart pc

if cpu usage still 100%.. search in google for another guide ;) , GL
