Send highlighted text to Email Chrome extension

I was looking for extension for several days, but couldn't find it anywhere.

All i could find is tutorials how to make chrome extension and similar topic on stackoverflow with simple code how to make the extension.

So what i did.

1. Learned some simple chrome extension tutorials
2. Took the code from stackoverflow
3. Created simple extension which uses external domain with file which sends emails.

At first i have tried to make new tab with standart Gmail sender, but i failed at it. Because text in the case can be sent only by $_GET parameters, and Gmail has limits - about 2000 symbols. So it means max length of email is smaller than 2000 symbols.

Solution to this was to use external domain with sender.php.

Get not free apps for iphone for free

As you know there are days/period when not free apps are free. You cant see/find them with standard apps store.

After searching good application which will track all new apps or changes on other apps which already is in store i stopped on the one - Appsfire.

With the app i saved a lot money. All i do is check everyday for great free apps.
Also you have ability to find apps which at the moment not free but price is dropped.

All i recommend is install the awesome app and track apps you like.

Ipod touch stack on Replacing Kernel

The problem appeared after i erased my ipod touch completely again. And once again i faced with the problem... So i already knew what to do...

First of all i tried to jailbreak my ipod touch after completely erasing it. Once i saw "Replacing Kernel" loading i put my ipod touch into DFU mode.

Once your iphone or whatever else in DFU mode, you cant do anything...

So just open iTunes and let it restore it for you.

Once it restored, you can jailbreak it again ( with red sn0w. or whatever else you like to do that with.. )

Rounded corners border CSS Problem in IE [ Internet Explorer ] [ Joomla ] [ Solved ]

Here you go.. There is an css code for "good" browsers to change your div's corners to rounded ones. But "bad" browsers such as Internet Explorer ( IE - IE6, IE7 and so on... doesnt works pretty good under this conditions.. ), so here is solution for this problem.

Today i was faced with problem - Downloading video of flowplayer. All i wanted to do is to download video from one site to my desktop.

It took me not long time for searching google and result is that i fount freeware! You will need to download it and run from your machine. Its virus free and no stupid tool bars are required to install. So don't worry.

How to test your hardware for problems

To find problem in your hardware you need to test everything... But you need to think... I mean, if windows loads up it means that video card, hard disk, rams, and so on works... Possible case - they works not good as "good", but they still works.

Anyways..

Here is some list of programs and other tricks i found while searching internet how to test your hardware parts.

Ram ( Random Access Memory ):
To test your RAM, you can do just by checking your Task Manager ( Performance tab ). Also you can see how many rums installed by going to "my computer"'s properties.
In harder cases people recommend to download these programs:

• memtest86+ ( http://tinyurl.com/6dgkn46 ), requires to burn CD to run
• Windows Memory Diagnostic ( http://tinyurl.com/4qw9hr5 ), requires to burn CD to run
• memtest ( http://tinyurl.com/2lqo2 ), no burn requires!

Hard Disk ( Hard Drive ):
Most of test which you can do for your hard drive is installed in windows. It called "checkdisk" or chkdsk.exe, you can run it from command line. In other case you can do that from your file explorer:

1. Go to computer, 
2. Select hard drive
3. Open properties
4. Choose tools tab
5. Press "Check Now" button, in "Error-checking" section
6. In showed up windows check all possible check boxes and press Start.
7. Wait until finishes and press Done. 

Also you can test your hard drive with SeaGate tool ( http://www.seagate.com/www/en-us/support/downloads/seatools ). 16,7 MB

Funny part of this, is that you can listen for sounds which hard drives are making ( in case if it is still working ), and check if it matches one of these ones: http://datacent.com/ . If it does,... i guess you need to change it.

GPU ( Graphic Process Unit ):
First of all windows has included tool for this - dxdiag . You can run it from Command line.

1. Press Start 
2. Run 
3. Cmd.exe 
4. dxdiag 
5. hit Enter
6. check Dispay tab, for video card information.

Most popular method to test your video card is to install and run one of Benchmarks product 3DMark. http://www.futuremark.com/

Motherboard:
If motherboard is not working properly you will notice it. Some of these facts says about it:

• Computer does not boot, and instead gives beep sounds.
• Computer random crashes.
• Computer randomly reboots.

How to install ipa files on ipod touch or iphone

If you wondering how to install ipa files on your ipod or iphone just follow the tutorial.

1. First of all, you will need to jailbreak your ipod or iphone. To do that follow the tutorial: jailbreaking-41-ipod-touch-2g
2. Next you need to update all files with Cydia which will appear on your ipod or iphone after you jailbreak it.
3. Next make sure you synchronize your ipod or iphone with your iTunes. Make sure you have at least one application which is not default one. Other wise application tab will not appear in your iTunes.
4. Open cydia.
5. Go to manage and add http://cydia.hackulo.us source ( Manage>Sources>Edit>Add )
6. Search for "Appsync" application for current firmware and install it. ( Search>Appsync>Install>Confirm )
7. Than just download you needed one ipa file from internet.
8. Drag the ipa file to your iTunes application section.
9. Synchronize new content with your ipod or iphone.
10. Done.

How to watch mkv files

Mkv files are video or audio which you can play. If you see the file as unknown extension than all you need to follow the tutorial for windows:

1. Download CCCP from CCCP (Combined Community Codec Pack) Project
2. Install it
3. Done

I have ipod touch 2g, and today i was forced to do jailbreak again.

PHP upload error: failed to open stream: Permission denied

The error appears when you upload file to folder which permissions don't allow you to upload files there.
To fix that, just change folder permission to 0777. Most of time folders permissions value is 0755 or whatever else.
0777 means everybody - owner, group and public can read, write and execute from this folder, using files from the hosting.
To change folder permission, i usually use firefox plugin - "FireFTP".

[AVA] 1013 C:\ijji\ENGLISH\AVA\Binaries [Solution]

AVA - Alliance of Valencia Arms game which i started to play 3 days ago. 
And 2 days ago weird bug showed it self. After i start game ( join random server ), i appear in game but can't do anything because of this weird lag. It feels like your pc lagging not internet. So after 2 or 3 or 4 minutes lag, you stop laging. So if feels like omg finally it is over, BUT after 30secs appears little message in chat box. 
It sais: "lost connection to server: bla bla bla 20 secs". So after 20 secs your game is crushing and you appear on desktop with ijji reactor and error box 1013.


So if you have the problem, maybe it can help you as helped me. 
I haven't fixed it, but im able to play AVA.

Guide how to fix 1013:
1) you better turn off [ijji reactor] ( but i think it is not essential )
2) Disable your antivirus
3) go to your AVA binaries folder. the path error shows C:\blah blah blah\binaries\
4) delete "GameGuard" folder
That is all.. after i do this it updates GameGuard ( like 8 files ) and i able to play AVA normally.. It is bad that i need to delete them each time i want to play, but it is better then to reinstall ava each time you want to play ( between reinstall ava helped me [because gameguard files renewed ^^) )

OS: Windows 7.

BETWEEN
For those who don't knows what AVA is, i totally recommend to try it. IMO it is very good game while i hate CS ( counter - strike and love quake 2 ). Style of the game like - FPS/ACTION/RPG/STRATEGY/and so on :D
