First of all, if you don't know what Page rank and backlink is, then you better not waste your time but go and learn about it.
Secondly you need to have your own webpage with higher or equal Page Rank then 1 ( blogspot not supported ).
Finaly you need to spend about 30 minutes to register and to set up everything.

So lets start. The page will give you ability to set up script on your page which will include backlinks. For each backlink, advertisers will pay you Money if he interested in your page. The money summarize on the page and you getting ability to payout after you reach only 10$ ( about 20 backlinks if PR eq 1 ).

Error 2738 could not access VBScript run time for custom action

So here is my history: I wanted to update my Nokia E51 firmware with nokia updater. But each time i try to update or to check something with a NokiaSoftwareUpdaterSetup_en.exe, it sais bla bla bla your vbscript sucks and so on. So after 10 times running cmd.exe i had same result - Error.
So i found post on forum with better guide how to fix the error.

Here is copy-paste:

Here's the fix:

1- First try to register the vbscript.dll
A- Click Start "globe"
B- Type in Search programs and files box> cmd
cmd.exe should show in list, right click on it and select Run as administrator
C- Make sure your in system32 directory, if your unsure type:
for 32bit OS => cd %windir%\system32
for 64bit OS => cd %windir%\syswow64
2- Now register the dll with this:
regsvr32 vbscript.dll
You should receive a massage saying it was successful.

Now try to install or uninstall again.
If you still get error then it's time for a quick regedit:

1- Click Start "globe"
A- Type in Search programs and files box> regedit
regedit.exe should show in list, right click on it and select Run as administrator
2- Find this key and delete it:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Classes\CLSID\{ B54F3741-5B07-11CF-A4B0-00AA004A55E8}
Now done with regedit.
3- Register the vbscript.dll as described above.

P.S. i think the guide will be good for all windows..
btw... it turned out that my firmware is up to date! FUKC. XD
